Skilled Trades and Labor
JFC in Camp Hill is seeing a lot of immediate requests for trades people and skilled workers in a variety of fields and industries. As a result, we are putting out an all-call to talented employees who may be interested in working together to find not just a good job at a good company, but a great career. Among the immediate needs that JFC has been working with recently is:
- HVAC/R technicians, including residential and commercial techs
- Electricians, maintenance, construction and service
- CNC machinists, especially programmer/operators
- Maintenance technicians, mechanical, electrical and facilities
- Plumbers
- Welders, in a variety of forms
- Manual machinists, including lathe, mill, brake, shear, etc.
- Quality Technicians
For most of these positions, shift work has been on first, but there have been second, third, and swing shift jobs also. The companies that have required onsite work typically do include a company vehicle. Pay rates depend on the job, but do tend to be closer to the $15-$24/hour range.
