BRANCH MANAGER MISSION:
The mission for the Branch Manager is to ensure recruiters match the best qualified candidates with the client job openings while providing excellent service and building relationships to ensure repeat business.
BRANCH MANAGER COMPETENCIES:
Branch Managers must be extremely efficient and be able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort. They will have excellent people skills and be able to use questioning to gather the necessary information to determine the quality level of the candidate and the details necessary from a company to make an effective match. They will be able to effectively prioritize the task closest to the sale in a fast paced and constant changing work environment. The successful Branch Manager will act with honesty and integrity in all dealings and will speak plainly and truthfully. They will have excellent organizational and teamwork skills, will be aggressive, intelligent, proactive and show attention to detail. They will approach all interactions with candidates, employees and clients with enthusiasm and will have excellent communication and listening skills.

Hit quarterly/annual GM goals
- Focus on increasing both clerical and light industrial business
Mentor and build a successful team of recruiters:
- Meet with recruiters individually and/or as a team regularly(i.e. daily, weekly, monthly) to share branch goals and overall company goals,
- Create a successful team driven environment where clients, candidates and internal staff receive superior service.
Hold recruiters accountable for maintaining weekly KPI’s (key performance indicators)
- Interviews
- Employee Performance Evaluations
- Recruiting calls
- Client progress calls, arrival calls and quality calls
- Filled assignments
- Sales calls/markets (Have a solid plan to interact with customers and prospects to sell our services and talent. This should consist of a good mix of both phone calls and candidate market emails.)
Sales and relationship building:
- Research and implement branch/company goals based on previous year(s) statistics and industry projections.
- Continuous client/customer interaction to optimize and leverage the best service.
- Work with the recruiters to consistently audit clients for feedback.
- Personally follow up with clients on any Audit ratings that fall at an 8/10 or below to understand the situation and rectify it.
- Share/provide company updates, trials, tribulations, success stories, statistics, and competitor information to Management team.
