Job Description

Our client, a construction related company in Lancaster County, has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Administrator.  The company has been in business for over 40 years and employs approximately 80 people.

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will manage the AR and Billing functions for the company.

Main Duties – Accounts Receivable Administrator:

  • Post Cash
  • Process ACH and Credit Card Payments
  • Collection Calls
  • Contract Administration
  • Billing

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills. At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience is required. Strong general accounting knowledge and excellent MS Office experience including Excel is also required.

This is a contract-to-hire role with a well-established, stable organization. They are looking for a permanent addition to their work family and would love for someone to get started right away.

Salary: $17-19/hr. based on experience.
